Join Our Pack Photo & Content Permission

By checking the Photo & Content Permission box and submitting a photograph, video, written content, or other material through Doggy Style Dog Care's Join Our Pack program, I agree as follows.

1. My Right to Submit the Content

I confirm that I own the content I submit or have authority from the copyright owner to grant the rights described in this Photo & Content Permission.

If another person photographed, filmed, or created the submitted content, I confirm that I have obtained the permission necessary to grant these rights to Doggy Style Dog Care.

2. Permission to Use My Content

I grant Doggy Style Dog Care a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, crop, resize, format, and adapt the submitted content for Doggy Style Dog Care's business, ecommerce, promotional, advertising, social-media, and marketing purposes.

This permission continues until withdrawn as described in Section 8.

3. Where Doggy Style May Use the Content

This permission includes use through:

  • doggystyledogcare.com
  • Doggy Style Dog Care's Shopify store
  • Amazon
  • Other ecommerce marketplaces where Doggy Style Dog Care sells or advertises
  • Instagram
  • Facebook
  • Other Doggy Style Dog Care social-media accounts
  • Paid and unpaid digital advertising
  • Email marketing
  • Digital promotional materials
  • Printed promotional and marketing materials

Doggy Style Dog Care may provide the submitted content to its service providers, advertising platforms, ecommerce marketplaces, agencies, designers, hosting providers, and other parties reasonably necessary to prepare, publish, distribute, host, or manage these authorized uses.

4. Names and Descriptive Information

Doggy Style Dog Care may identify submitted content using:

  • My first name
  • My dog's name
  • My dog's breed
  • Other descriptive information that I have specifically approved for promotional use

Doggy Style Dog Care will not publish my private email address, telephone number, street address, or other private contact information as part of these promotional uses.

5. Compensation

I understand that I will not receive payment, royalties, or other compensation for the authorized uses of my submitted content unless Doggy Style Dog Care and I separately agree otherwise in writing.

6. Other People Appearing in the Content

If another identifiable person appears in submitted content, I confirm that I have the authority or appropriate permission necessary for the uses described in this Photo & Content Permission.

If an identifiable person under 18 appears in submitted content, I confirm that I am that person's parent or legal guardian or have obtained appropriate permission from the minor's parent or legal guardian for the uses described above.

7. Rights of Others

I confirm that, to my knowledge, the submitted content does not infringe another person's copyright, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

8. Withdrawal of Permission

I may withdraw this permission for future and continuing promotional uses by contacting:

After receiving my withdrawal request, Doggy Style Dog Care will stop new promotional uses and discontinue ongoing promotional uses under its control, including active website content, social-media posts, marketplace content, advertisements, future email campaigns, and other ongoing promotional uses, as soon as reasonably practicable and within any period required by applicable law.

Withdrawal does not affect uses or processing that lawfully occurred before withdrawal.

Doggy Style Dog Care may not be able to recall or remove:

  • Physical materials already distributed
  • Communications already delivered
  • Advertising or promotional distributions that have already been completed
  • Copies independently reposted, copied, or distributed by third parties outside Doggy Style Dog Care's control

These exceptions remain subject to applicable law.

Doggy Style Dog Care may retain records reasonably necessary to document this permission, a later withdrawal, prior authorized uses, legal obligations, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal rights.

Nothing in this Join Our Pack Photo & Content Permission limits privacy, consumer, copyright, publicity, or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

9. Separate From Marketing Subscriptions

Agreeing to this Join Our Pack Photo & Content Permission does not sign me up to receive promotional email or text messages from Doggy Style Dog Care.

Any email, SMS, or other marketing subscription is handled separately.
